An unfortunate barrier that still exists for some is the idea that women shouldn’t train heavy. Whether it’s due to the outdated idea of gaining “bulk” or just plain ignorance, Mark and Katie are out to change that bullsh*t narrative by helping you be the strongest, happiest, and healthiest version of yourself!
