Clare didn’t begin her journey into fitness until she was already in her 40’s. Along the way she’s been required to make many adjustments as she’s learned not just the science behind health and fitness, but what her own body likes and dislikes; tolerates and doesn’t tolerate.
She discussed with us how her journey began, how having a supportive spouse who participates with her has helped, and the challenge of writing her new book, Fluffy to Fit, challenged her in more ways than she expected.
